Georgia Wine Highway Week is right around the corner and they just announced their schedule! They have added 5 days to this event by changing it from 2 weekends back to back to one whole week for 8 full days of Georgia wine! The event this year begins on Saturday March 25th and runs through Sunday April 2nd.
If you have never been to Georgia Wine Highway Week, it is a passport style event where you pay $40 at the first winery you attend. You will then get a collector’s glass and passport which will give you admission to ALL participating wineries at no additional charge. This is a great way to bounce around and try multiple Georgia wineries over a full week and two weekends!
We are excited to be a part of this great annual event and our schedule at Habersham Winery & Tasting Room is as follows.
Friday 3/24: Tasting Flight at the Main Bar (choose any 5 wines)
Saturday 3/25 and Sunday 3/26: Wine Highway Guests may choose to experience a tasting flight at our main bar (choose any 5 wines) OR experience a VIP Tasting in the Tank Room featuring a “Picnic Flight” and samples of cheese and preserves from Unicoi Preserves.
Monday 3/27 through Friday 3/31: Mon 3/27-Fri 3/31: Tasting Flight at the Main Bar (choose any 5 wines)
Saturday 4/1 and Sunday 3/26: Wine Highway Guests may choose to experience a tasting flight at our main bar (Choose any 5 wines) OR experience a VIP Tasting in the Tank Room featuring a “Picnic Flight” and samples of Cedar Plank Cooking by Pappy’s Planks.
Sunday 4/2: Wine Highway Guests may choose to experience a tasting flight at our main bar (choose any 5 wines) OR experience a VIP Tasting in the Tank Room featuring a “Picnic Flight” and samples of cheese and preserves from Unicoi Preserves.
